I've heard from others that all the doors locked at around the same time this barrier went up. So her door would have had to unlock, at least. Apparently she was locked in the bathroom...?
None of the others who were in the bathroom claim to have noticed anything strange, aside from the locked door. Yet she traveled a very long way to die. Something else must've happened.
