There weren't any consequences. Part of that choice was also to open myself up with others. That isn't something easy for me.

I was a prisoner, and had temporarily gained my freedom in order to gather information for my jailers. They were an army of monstrous men and women who gained their strength through drinking the blood of their enemies.

I could either comply, or I could look for a way to warn people of their presence in their city.
