All three of them were skilled fighters in their own right. If one person took more than one of them all by themselves, it wouldn't be easy for them to conceal their injuries. Not without the use of an item, at least.
You say that, but Saber lost their hand yesterday. Even if it wasn't their sword hand, I can't imagine it wouldn't impact their ability to defend themselves.
I saw him take down a king in one of his memories. It was quite impressive. [but also... hm... pauses to think about something.] You have a point. But I still think they would've been capable of causing some damage, even if they had to adjust their grip to account for their missing hand.
I suppose it's possible that one of them killed the other, and then was killed by somebody else in turn. But I'd rather assume the worst first and spare myself the disappointment later.
